Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana bentuk penyajian Tari Topeng Rumyang Cirebon Gaya Palimanan (2) mendeskripsikan bagaimana Tari Topeng Rumyang Cirebon Cirebon Gaya Palimanan dalam Konsep liminalitas , (3) untuk mendeskripsikan Konsep Liminalitas berdasarkan Teori Victor Turner Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui analisis isi kualitatif. Metode kualitatif dilakukan karena hasil penelitian ini berupa deskripsi dan berupa kalimat yang dinarasikan.objek Penelitian ini adalah Tari Topeng Rumyang Cirebon Gaya Palimanan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara pengumpulan informasi melalui media cetak seperti Jurnal, Buku, Artikel, indeks yang berkaitan dengan Liminalitas dan Tari Topeng Rumyang Cirebon Gaya Palimanan, kemudian untuk memperkuat pengumpulan data maka dilakukan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, an studi pustaka agar bahan yang diperoleh lebih kaya dan luas dalam memenuhi data penelitian. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan ferifikasi, Teknik Keabsahan data menggunakan Triangulasi Sumber. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah dapat mengetahui bagaimana bentuk penyajian Tari Topeng Rumyang Cirebon Gaya Palimanan dan dapat melihat adanya Konsep liminalitas berdasarkan teori Victor Turner dengan 3 siklus yaitu tahap pra liminal, tahap liminal, dan pasca liminal dalam menari Tari Topeng Rumyang Cirebon Gaya Palimanan. Tahap Pra liminal yaitu ketika penari memanjatkan doa dan belum menarikan Tari Topeng Rumyang Cirebon Gaya Palimanan, tahap liminal yaitu pada saat penari menari Topeng Rumyang Cirebon Gaya Palimanan, tahap pasca liminal yaitu setelah penari menarikan Topeng Rumyang Cirebon Gaya Palimanan. This study aims to (1) find out how the form of presentation of the Rumyang Cirebon Mask Dance Palimanan Style (2) describe how the Cirebonese Palimanan Style Rumyang Cirebon Mask Dance in the concept of liminality, (3) to describe the concept of liminality based on the thinking of Victor Turner This study uses qualitative research methods through qualitative content analysis. The qualitative method was carried out because the results of this study were in the form of descriptions and in the form of narrated sentences. The object of this study was the Cirebon Rumyang Mask Dance, Palimanan Style. The data collection technique used in this study was by collecting information through print media such as Journals, Books, Articles, indices related to Liminality and Rumyang Cirebon Mask Dance, Palimanan Style, then to strengthen data collection interviews, observations, document studies, and literature study so that the material obtained is richer and wider in fulfilling research data. Techniques of data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion of verification, Data validity techniques using source triangulation, methods and theories The results of the research in this study is able to know how the form of presentation and can see the concept of liminality with 3 cycles, namely the pre-liminal stage, liminal stage, and post-liminal in dance Cirebon Rumyang Mask Dance Palimanan Style. The pre-liminal stage is when the dancer offers prayers and has not pulled the Cirebon Rumyang Mask Dance Palimanan Style, the liminal stage is when the dancer dances Cirebon Rumyang Mask Palimanan Style, the post-liminal stage is after the dancer pulls the Cirebon Rumyang Mask Palimanan Style.
