Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-esteem terhadap resilience pada karyawan yang mengalami PHK pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. subjek penelitian berjumlah 267 karyawan berusia 25-50 tahun yang mengalami PHK pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Alat ukur untuk mengukur self-esteem adalah Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale oleh Rosenberg dan alat ukur resilience menggunakan CD-RISC oleh Connor dan Davidson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh self-esteem terhadap resilience pada karyawan yang mengalami PHK pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Pengaruh self-esteem terhadap resilience sebesar 20,8% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel selain self-esteem. This study aims to determine the effect of self-esteem on resilience among employees who experienced layoffs during pandemic COVID-19. This study uses quantitative methods with 267 employees aged between 25-50 years who experienced layoffs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Measuring instrument uses to measure self-esteem is Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale by Rosenberg and resilience using the CD-RISC by Connor and Davidson. The results shows the significance value (p) was 0.000 (p < 0,05). The results shows there is an effect of self-esteem on resilience among employees who experienced layoffs during pandemic COVID-19. The effect of self-esteem on resilience is 20,8% and the remaining are affected by other variables.
