Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik (Rumpun S1 IKK) Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif, populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa S1 IKK Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2017 dengan sampel sebanyak 154 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasikan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 untuk pengujian hipotesis. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan SmartPLS terbagi menjadi 3 tahap pengujian, yaitu: analisis Outer Model, analisis Inner Model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan ialah sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, sikap dan motivasi berpengaruh simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Sikap, Motivasi, Minat Berwirausaha The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attitudes and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Engineering (Clump S1 IKK) Jakarta State University class 2017. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive approach, the population used is S1 IKK students, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta 2017 with a sample of 154 people. The analysis technique used in this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated using SmartPLS 3.0 for hypothesis testing. The analysis technique using SmartPLS is divided into 3 stages of testing, namely: Outer Model analysis, Inner Model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained are attitudes have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, Keywords: Attitude, Motivation, Interest In Entrepreneurship
