Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa PG-PAUD UNJ. Populasi penelitiannya yaitu mahasiswa PG-PAUD UNJ angkatan 2017 s.d. 2019 yang berjumlah 226 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner yang akan diberikan kepada mahasiswa Angkatan 2017 s.d 2019 PG-PAUD UNJ. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Minat Menjadi Guru Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi PG-PAUD UNJ yang diukur dengan menggunakan 3 Indikator yaitu Kognisi (Pengenalan) dengan presentase 85,57% atau sangat berminat, Emosi (Perasaan) dengan presentase 80,75 atau berminat, Konasi (Kehendak) dengan presentase 65,5% atau berminat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta berminat untuk menjadi guru dengan penilaian sebesar 74,58% dari 41 responden. This study has a research objective, namely to describe the interest in becoming a teacher in PG-PAUD UNJ students. The research population is PG-PAUD UNJ students class 2017 s.d. 2019, which amounted to 226 people. The data collection technique used in this research is to use a questionnaire that will be given to students from the 2017 to 2019 PG-PAUD UNJ students. The sample in this study were 41 people. Sampling in this study used the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that interest in becoming a teacher in students of the PG-PAUD UNJ Study Program is measured by using 3 indicators, namely Cognition (Introduction) with a percentage of 85.57% or very interested, Emotion (Feelings) with a percentage of 80.75 or interested, Konasi (Desire) with a percentage of 65.5% or interested. It can be concluded that students of the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta are interested in becoming teachers with an assessment of 74.58% of 41 respondents.
