Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas manajerial, lingkungan kerja, dan kepercayaan terhadap kualitas kerja Tenaga Ahli Anggota DPR RI. Penelitian terhadap kualitas tenaga ahli anggota DPR RI ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Sampel penelitian ini terdiri atas Tenaga Ahli Anggota DPR RI sebanyak 295 responden dari 1.120 populasi Tenaga Ahli Anggota DPR yang bertugas di Gedung DPR RI, dan Anggota DPR RI sebanyak 148 responden, yang masing- masing dilayani oleh dua orang Tenaga Ahli Anggota DPR RI. Pengujian empiris menunjukkan bahwa, (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif efektivitas manajerial terhadap kualitas kerja, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif lingkungan kerja terhadap kualitas kerja, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepercayaan terhadap kualitas kerja, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif efektivitas manajerial terhadap kepercayaan, (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif lingkungan kerja terhadap kepercayaan, (6) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif efektivitas manajerial terhadap kualitas kerja, (7) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif efektivitas manajerial terhadap kualitas kerja melalui kepercayaan, dan (8) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif lingkungan kerja terhadap kualitas kerja melalui kepercayaan. Kata kunci : efektivitas manajerial, lingkungan kerja, kepercayaan, kualitas kerja ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of managerial effectiveness, work environment, and trust on the quality of work of the parliament member’s expert staff. This research on the quality of work of the parliament member’s expert staff uses a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample of research was the parliament member’s expert staff as many as 295 respondents from 1,120 population of parliament member’s expert staff who served in the parliament building, and members of parliament as many as 148 respondents, each of which was served by two parliament member’s expert staff. The empirical testing indicated that managerial effectiveness has positive direct effect toward work quality, work environment has positive direct effect toward work quality, trust has positive direct effect toward work quality, managerial effectiveness has positive direct effect toward trust, work environment has positive direct effect toward trust, managerial effectiveness has positive direct effect toward work environment, managerial effectiveness has positive indirect effect toward work quality through trust, and work environment has positive indirect effect toward work quality through trust.
