Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen; (2) Pengaruh langsung stres kerja terhadap komitmen; (3) Pengaruh langsung stres kerja terhadap kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Pengujian hipotesis dengan pengujian analisis jalur. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SLB di Jakarta Utara dengan ukuran sampel 104 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen; (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung negatif stres kerja terhadap komitmen; (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung negatif stres kerja kelompok terhadap kepemimpinan This research aims to find out: (1) The effect of group leadership toward commitment; (2) The effect of work stress toward commitment; (3) The effect of work stress toward leadership. This research uses survey method. Hypothesis testing with path analysis testing. The unit of analysis in this study is teacher on special school in North Jakarta with a sample of 104 people selected using random sampling techniques. The results showed that: (1) There is a direct positive effect of leadership toward commitment; (2) There is a direct negative effect of work stress toward leadership; (3) There is a direct negative effect of work stress toward leadership
