Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the impact directly and indirectly among the Senior Officer Transformative Leadership, the Given Training and Esprit de Corps Variables to the empowerment of NCO personels who posted in Naval Staff and Command College’s neighborhood. The writer applies the quantitative approach as the research design by surveying a field, using correlational technic of path analisys, data collection with quetionaire to 111 respondents of 147 NCO personels. The result of the research proves that Transformative Leadership Variable is Lcount 0.082, The Training Variable is Lcount 0.081, and Esprit de Corps Variable is Lcount 0.081 while The Empowerment Variable is Ltable 0.0842, so that the dependent variable impacts directly, positively and significantly to the independent variable. According to the result of the research shows that the empowerment to the NCO personels of Naval Staff and Command College highly requires the transformative leadership of the senior officer, the training for the NCO personels, and increasing The Esprit de Corps of the whole Naval Staff and Command College’s personels, particularly NCO personels. ************* Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Variabel Kepemimpinan Transformatif perwira atasan, Pelatihan yang diberikan dan Jiwa Korsa yang dimiliki terhadap Pemberdayaan juga menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung Kepemimpinan dan pelatihan terhadap Pemberdayaan melalui Jiwa korsa personel Bintara yang bertugas di lingkungan Sekolah Staf dan Komando Angkatan Laut Laut. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui survey lapangan dan menggunakan tehnik korelasional analisis jalur (path analysis), pengumpulan data menggunakan sistem kuesioner terhadap 111 responden dari 147 populasi personel Bintara. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformatif diperoleh Lhitung 0,082, variabel Pelatihan diperoleh Lhitung 0.081, variabel Jiwa korsa diperoleh Lhitung 0,081, sedangkan variabel Pemberdayaan memperoleh Ltabel 0,0842, sehingga variabel dependen berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel independen. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemberdayaan para personel Bintara Seskoal sangat diperlukan Kepemimpinan yang Transformatif para perwira atasan, Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada para Bintara, serta meningkatkan Jiwa Korsa dari seluruh personel Seskoal, khusunya personel Bintara.
