Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMK Al-Amanah Tangerang pada materi tolak peluru gaya o’brien. Selain itu, penelitian tindakan ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi mendalam tentang pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya o’brien yang dilakukan dengan pengamatan siklus 1 dan sikuls 2. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan bermain untuk merangsang agar siswa semangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Subyek dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah siswa-siswi SMK Al-Amanah yang terdiri dari 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan ini adalah angket dan instrumen tes tolak peluru gaya o’brien yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, adapun tahapan dalam penelitian tindakan adalah sebagai berikut: (a) Perencanaan (b) Pelaksanaan (c) Observasi (d) Refleksi Tindakan. Siklus 1 pada pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya o’brien dilakukan treatmen melalui pendekatan bermain kemudian dilakukan pengamatan dengan hasil atau nilai rata-rata sebesar 72,6. Kemudian untuk siklus 2 setelah dilakukan pengamatan terdapat nilai rata-rata sebesar 75,6. Maka melalui pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar tolak peluru gaya o’brien. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, dari hasil penelitian yang terdiri dari validasi ahli, siklus 1 dan siklus 2 serta pembahasan dari hasil penelitian, maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa : 1) Meningkatkan Keterampilan hasil belajar gerak tolak peluru gaya O’brein melalui Metode Bermainan dapat diterapkan dalam ekstrakurikuler untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar, 2) Metode bermain dapat menstimulasi hasil belajar tolak peluru gaya O’brien. ********** The purpose of this action research is to improve the learning outcomes of students of SMK Al-Amanah Tangerang on o'brien style shot material. In addition, this action research was conducted to obtain in-depth information about the learning style of o'brien style outlet that was done with the observation of cycle 1 and cycles 2. In this study conducted a play approach to stimulate students' enthusiasm in following the learning. Subjects in this research and development are students of SMK Al-Amanah consisting of 25 students. The instrument used in this action research is the questionnaire and the o'brien style ballet test instrument used to collect the data, while the steps in the action research are as follows: (a) Planning (b) Implementation (c) Observation (d) Reflection Action . Cycle 1 on o'brien style shot reject learning done treatments through play approach then made observations with the results or the average value of 72.6. Then for cycle 2 after the observation there is an average value of 75.6. So through a play approach can improve the learning outcome of o'brien style bullet. Based on the data obtained, from the results of research consisting of expert validation, cycles 1 and cycle 2 and the discussion of the results of the study, the researchers can draw the conclusion that: 1) Improving skills learning outbound movement of O'brein's bullet style through the Differential Method can be applied in extracurricular to improve learning outcomes, 2) The play method can stimulate the learning outcome of the O'brien style shot force.
