Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran teknologi menjahit bagi siswa kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Busana di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan untuk kompetensi dasar menganalisis keselamatan dan kecelakaaan kerja. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari 10 tahapan yang meliputi penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan pembuatan produk, pengembangan format produk awal, uji coba awal, revisi produk awal, uji coba lapangan, revisi produk hasil uji lapangan, uji pelaksanaan lapangan, revisi produk akhir, serta diseminasi dan implementasi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah mengembangkan media interaktif teknologi menjahit sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran siswa kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Busana di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, bagaimanakah kelayakan media interaktif pembelajaran teknologi menjahit sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran siswa kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Busana di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dan efektifkah implementasi media interaktif sebagai scaffolding penguasaan pengetahuan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif teknologi menjahit yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan berdasarkan penilaian dari tiga ahli materi dan dua ahli media dengan hasil persentase dari ahli materi sebesar 86.67% dan ahli media sebesar 86.25%. Kelayakan media pembelajaran berdasarkan respon dari siswa juga dinyatakan layak dengan persentase 89% untuk uji coba pada kelompok kecil dan 87% untuk uji coba pada kelompok besar. Efektivitas penggunaan media interaktif teknologi menjahit dinilai efektif, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari kenaikan rata-rata hasil evaluasi berupa tes. Saat dilakukan pre test dan post tes di uji coba kelompok kecil mengalami peningkatan rata-rata nilai sebesar 17.5 dengan nilai rata-rata pre test 69.5 dan post test 87, sedangkan saat di uji coba di kelompok besar juga ada peningkatan nilai rata-rata yang cukup baik sebesar 14 dengan nilai rata-rata pre test 71 dan rata-rata post test 85. Media interaktif teknologi menjahit dapat digunakan sebagai scaffolding penguasaan pengetahuan konseptual siswa. ******* This research aims to develop learning media for sewing technique subjects for 10th grade students of Fashion Design Skills Competence in Vocational High Schools with basic competencies in analyzing Occupational Safety and Accident. This research methodology uses the Borg and Gall development model which consists of 10 stages which include research and data collection, product manufacturing planning, initial product format development, initial trial, initial product revision, field trial, product revision of field test results, implementation test, fieldwork, final product revision, and dissemination and implementation. The research problem is how to develop learning sewing techniques interactive media that could have been supporting the 10th-grade student learning activities of Fashion Design Skills Competence in Vocational High Schools, what is the feasibility of interactive media for learning sewing techniques that may support 10th-grade students learning activities of Fashion Design Skills Competence in Vocational High Schools and also the effectiveness of the implementation of interactive media as a scaffolding for mastery of conceptual knowledge. Sewing technique interactive media was developed with 10 stages of Borg and Gall. The results showed that the interactive sewing technique developed was proper to use according to the assessments of three theory experts and two media experts by the percentage of theory experts about 86.67% and media experts was 86.25%. The effectiveness of sewing technique interactive media usability are categorized well, it's shown with the increase of the average evaluation results in the form of tests. Meanwhile, the pre-test and post-test were carried out in the small group trial, the average score increased by 17.5 with an average pre-test score of 69.5 and post-test 87, at the same time tested in large groups has also a significant increase in the average score both are 14 with an average pre-test score of 71 and an average post-test of 85. Interactive media of sewing techniques can be applied as a scaffolding for students' conceptual knowledge mastery.
