Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengintegrasikan moda transportasi Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (MRTJ) dengan moda transportasi umum lainnya agar terwujudnya moda transportasi yang berbasis Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu informan kunci yang terdiri dari Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan Pengelola Layanan moda transportasi MRTJ, sedangkan informan pendukung yaitu pengguna layanan moda MRTJ. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari bulan April – Agustus 2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Teknik analisis ini menggunakan 2 faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dimana kedua faktor tersebut dipertimbangkan dalam analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diperoleh adalah strategi agresif yang menggunakan strategi S-O (strength – Oppurtunities) yaitu integrasi organisasi dan integrasi operasional dengan cara pengelola atau operator moda MRTJ dapat bekerjsama dengan operator moda transportasi umum lainnya untuk mengintegrasikan antar moda dan meminta dukungan dari regulator Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk memberikan dukungan regulasi dan dasar hukum yang kuat serta pengelola dapat memperluas metode pembayaran tiket seperti ovo dan lain sebagainya agar moda transportasi MRTJ menjadi lebih efisien dimasa mendatang sehingga lebih diminati oleh masyarakat dari era saat ini. Kata kunci: Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta, Transit Oriented Development, strategi integrasi ********* ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how strategies can be applied to integrate the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRTJ) transportation mode with other public transportation modes in order to realize a Transit Oriented Development (TOD)-based transportation mode. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were divided into 2, namely the key informants consisting of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Service and the Service Manager for the MRTJ mode of transportation, while the supporting informants were the users of the MRTJ mode of service. This research was conducted from April to August 2022. The data analysis technique used was SWOT analysis. This analysis technique uses 2 factors, namely internal factors and external factors where both factors are considered in the SWOT analysis. The results show that the strategy obtained is an aggressive strategy that uses the SO (strength – Opportunities) that is organitation strategy and operational strategy by which the MRTJ mode manager or operator can cooperate with other public transportation mode operators to integrate between modes and ask for support from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency regulator to provide support. regulatory support and a strong legal basis and managers can expand ticket payment methods such as ovo and so on so that the MRTJ mode of transportation becomes more efficient in the future so that it is more attractive to the public from the current era.
