Abstract

MODEL LATIHAN SAPUAN DAN TENDANGAN BALING ATAS KATEGORI REGU PADA CABANG OLAHRAGA PENCAK SILAT ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model latihan sapuan dan tendangan baling atas pada seni regu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dari ADDIE, dimana metode ini dijadikan pedoman dalam pembuatan model latihan sapuan dan tendangan baling atas. Pada penelitian ini melibatkan 3 ahli untuk di uji justifikasi terhadap ahli, dimana model yang telah dibuat dikonsultasikan dan dinilai oleh para pakar ahli dalam bidang olahraga pencak silat. Melalui uji validasi menghasilkan produk berupa model latihan sapuan dan tendangan baling atas pada seni regu ipsi sebanyak 22 (dua puluh dua) model latihan sapuan dan tendangan baling atas tanpa alat dan mengunakan alat serta variasi pengembangan model latihannya, yakni 1. Teknik memutar tanpa alat terdapat 4 (empat), 2. Teknik sabetan baling tanpa alat terdapat 2 (dua), 3. Teknik sapuan bawah tanpa alat terdapat 2 (dua), 4. Teknik sapuan bawah mengunakan alat terdapat 10 (sepuluh), 5. Teknik Sabetan Baling Mengunakan Alat terdapat 4 (empat) . Kesimpulan akhir yang diperoleh melalui penelitian yang sudah di revisi dan divalidasi oleh 3 pakar ahli dalam cabang olahraga pencak silat ini adalah menghasilkan 5 (lima) model latihan sapuan dan tendangan baling serta menghasilkan 22 pengembangan model latihan sapuan dan tendangan baling atas pada seni regu IPSI. Kata kunci: model latihan, sapuan dan tendangan baling atas, seni regu pencak silat TRAINING MODEL OF SWEEPING AND PROPELLER KICKING IN REGU SKILLS MARTIAL ART ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to create a model of sweeping and counter-kicking exercises in team art. This study uses the research and development method (Research and Development) from ADDIE, where this method is used as a guide in making the sweep and top ball kick training model. This study involved 3 experts to test the justification of the experts, where the model that had been made was consulted and assessed by experts in the field of pencak silat. Through the validation test, the product is in the form of a sweeping exercise model and an overturning kick in the art of the ipsi team as many as 22 (twenty-two) models of a sweep and a top blade kick exercise without tools and using tools as well as variations in the development of the training model, namely 1. Rotating techniques without tools are available. 4 (four), 2. There are 2 (two) blade slashing techniques without tools, 3. 2 (two) bottom sweeping techniques, 4 10 (ten) bottom sweeping techniques, 5. There are 4 (four) tools. The final conclusion obtained through research that has been revised and validated by 3 experts in the sport of pencak silat is to produce 5 (five) models of sweeping and propeller kicks and to produce 22 model developments of sweeping and counter-kicking exercises in the art of the IPSI team.
