Abstract
Kata kunci : Analisis Jalur, Intention to Act, Big-Five Personality, Pro-Ecological Behavior, Peserta Didik Damage to the surrounding natural ecosystem, apart from being caused by natural factors such as earthquakes, is also often caused by human behavior. It is important to understand the factors that students as the next generation do or do not have pro-ecological behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of intention to act on the environment as a mediator between the big-five personality and the pro-ecological behavior of students. The method used is a survey method through causal studies and analyzed by path analysis. The sample of this study was 79 students at SMAN 50 Jakarta in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year who were selected using a multi-stage random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the big-five personality has a direct influence on the intention to act on the environment significantly, the intention to act on the environment has a direct effect on pro-ecological behavior significantly, the big-five personality has a direct influence on pro-ecological behavior significantly, and intention to act on the environment is a good mediator variable between the big-five personality and pro-ecological behavior of students. Therefore, in an effort to establish the pro-ecological behavior of students, the big-five personality and intention to act factors need to be considered. Keywords : Path Analysis, Intention to Act, Big-Five Personality, Pro-Ecological Behavior, Students.
