Abstract

Lingkungan merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Seiring berjalannya waktu, lingkungan kian tercemar yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, dimana salah satu faktornya adalah aktivitas manusia. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan dengan melakukaan pembinaan perilaku dan tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan kepada peserta didik, yang kemudian akan mendorong terciptanya pro-environmental behavior dengan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Faktor tersebut di antaranya personal responsibility dan intention to act. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh personal responsibility dan intention to act terhadap pro-environmental behavior peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kausal dan analisis jalur. Survei dilakukan terhadap 79 peserta didik di SMAN 16 Jakarta pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Hasil perhitungan koefisien reliabilitas instrumen pro-environmental behavior sebesar 0.900, personal responsibility sebesar 0.908, dan intention to act sebesar 0,907 yang berarti ketiga instrumen dapat dipercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personal responsibility berpengaruh langsung terhadap pro-environmental behavior, personal responsibility berpengaruh langsung terhadap intention to act, dan intention to act berpengaruh langsung terhadap pro-environmental behavior. Kemudian, intention to act merupakan variabel mediator yang baik antara personal responsibility dengan pro-environmental behavior. Over time, the environment is increasingly polluted in which one of the factors is human activities. One of many that can be done is by conducting behavioral development and environmental responsibility to students, in which it will then encourage the creation of pro-environmental behavior with factors that have effects toward it. Some of the effects are personal responsibility and intention to act. This study aims to determine the effect of personal responsibility and intention to act toward pro-environmental behavior of students. The method used is a causal studies method and path analysis. The survey was conducted on 79 students at SMAN 16 Jakarta in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The calculation results of the reliability coefficient of the pro-environmental behavior instrument are 0.900, personal responsibility is 0.908 and the intention to actis 0.907, which means that three instruments can be trusted. The results showed that personal responsibility directly affected pro-environmental behavior, personal responsibility directly affected intention to act, and the intention to act directly affected pro-environmental behavior. Furthermore, the intention to act results were obtained as a mediator variable between personal responsibility and pro-environmental behavior in students.
