Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan proses pembentukan abreviasi yang terdapat dalam komentar pembeli Shopee Nomitees. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan morfologi. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah komentar pembeli Shopee Nomitees yang mengandung abreviasi pada bulan Juli sampai September 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan Abreviasi dalam komentar nomitees Shopee. Bentuk abreviasi yang ditemukan, yaitu: (1) Singkatan, (2) Akronim, (3) Penggalan, dan (4) Lambang Huruf. Proses pembentukan yang ditemukan, yaitu: Pada singkatan; (1) Pengekalan huruf pertama tiap komponen, (2) Pengekalan pada dua huruf pertama dari kata, (3) Pengekalan huruf awal dan huruf akhir dari kata, (4) Pengekalan pada huruf awal dan terakhir dari suku kata pertama dan huruf pertama dari suku kata kedua, (5) Pengekalan huruf pertama dari suku kata pertama dan huruf pertama dan terakhir suku kata kedua dari suatu kata, (6) Pengekalan huruf pertama dari tiap suku kata. Pada Akronim; (1) Pengekalan suku kata terakhir dari tiap kata, (2) Pengekalan tiga huruf pertama tiap komponen. Pada Penggalan; (1) Pengekalan pada suku kata pertama dari sebuah kata, (2) Pengekalan pada suku terakhir sebuah kata, (3) Pengekalan tiga huruf pertama dari suatu kata, (4) Pengekalan kata dilepas. Pada Lambang huruf; Lambang huruf yang menandai ukuran; (1) Pengekalan huruf pertama, (2) Pengekalan huruf pertama dari komponen gabungan, Lambang huruf yang menandai kota/negara/alat angkutan; (1) Pengekalan tiga huruf konsonan. Terdapat pula proses pembentukan abreviasi yang berbeda. This research is describe about the form and process of forming abbreviations contained in Shopee Nomitees buyer comments. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using a morphological approach. The data in this study are comments from Shopee Nomitees buyers which contain abbreviations from July to September 2021. The data collection technique in this study is Documentation. The results of this study found Abbreviations in the comments of Shopee nominees. The forms of abbreviations found were: (1) Abbreviations, (2) Acronyms, (3) Fragments, and (4) Letter Symbols. The formation process found, namely: In the abbreviation; (1) preservation of the first letter of each component, (2) preservation of the first two letters of the word, (3) preservation of the initial and final letters of the word, (4) preservation of the first and last letters of the first syllable and the first letter of the syllable the second word, (5) preservation of the first letter of the first syllable and the first and last letters of the second syllable of a word, (6) preservation of the first letter of each syllable. On the Acronym; (1) Perpetuation of the last syllable of each word, (2) Perpetuation of the first three letters of each component. On the Fragments; (1) Perpetuation of the first syllable of a word, (2) Perpetuation of the last syllable of a word, (3) Perpetuation of the first three letters of a word, (4) Preservation of the word removed. On Symbol letters; Symbol of letters indicating size; (1) Perpetuation of the first letter, (2) Perpetuation of the first letter of the combined component, the symbol of the letter that marks the city/country/transportation means; (1) Preservation of three consonants. There are also different processes for forming abbreviations.
