Abstract
*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan perusahaan outsourcing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden sejumlah 271 karyawan perusahaan outsourcing usia 19-35 tahun yang bekerja di DKI Jakarta. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner secara daring. Pengukuran job insecurity menggunakan JIS dari De Witte (1999). Pengukuran job satisfaction menggunakan JSS oleh Spector (1985). Metode pengolahan data dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah uji analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan perusahaan outsourcing di DKI Jakarta. Kata kunci: job insecurity, job satisfaction, outsourcing. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction in outsourcing company employees. This study uses a quantitative method with a total of 271 employees of outsourcing companies aged 19-35 years working in DKI Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. Measurement of job insecurity using JIS from De Witte (1999). Measurement of job satisfaction using JSS by Spector (1985). The data processing method in testing the hypothesis is a simple linear regression analysis test. The results of the analysis show that there is a negative and significant effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction for employees of outsourcing companies in DKI Jakarta.
