Abstract
Kata kunci: spiritualitas, jenis kelamin, resiliensi, relawan *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the effect of spirituality and gender on resilience in Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia Aksi Cepat Tanggap (MRI-ACT) Bogor Branch during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the method used was quantitative. The sampling technique was based on non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the number of samples that can be obtained is 169 active volunteers who are members of MRI-ACT Bogor Branch. Indonesian version of The Resilience Scale which consist of 14 Items (Wagnild, 2009; as cited in Ashardianto, 2012) was used in this study to measure resilience variable. Furthermore, Indonesian version of the Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (Underwood, 2013) was used to measure the spirituality variable. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis found that there is a significant influence of the spirituality and gender variables simultaneously on resilience in Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia Aksi Cepat Tanggap Bogor Branch during the Covid-19 pandemic with p value = 0,000. In addition, the value of R Square = 0,391 which indicates the influence of the spirituality and gender variables on resilience are 39,1% in volunteers. Then, based on the results of the regression equation, it was found that an increase in the spirituality variable by one unit can affect the resilience variable increased to 0,591 which indicates a positive direction of influence. Keywords: spirituality, gender, resilience, volunteer
