Abstract

Pemanfaatan aplikasi pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dalam jaringan (daring) merupakan solusi yang dapat digunakan oleh pengajar dan pemelajar demi terlaksananya pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19. Semua pembelajaran mata kuliah di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin (PSPBM) dilaksanakan secara sinkron dan asinkron dengan memanfaatkan berbagai macam aplikasi yang dapat membantu terlaksananya PJJ daring. Pelaksanaan PJJ daring ini membutuhkan evaluasi, PSPBM memutuskan melakukan penelitian evaluasi pelaksanaan PJJ daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi dalam PJJ daring keterampilan membaca bahasa Mandarin di PSPBM, serta pandangan pengajar dan pemelajar mengenai pemanfaatan aplikasi yang digunakan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah pengajar dan peserta mata kuliah Membaca Dasar I-IV pada semester 113-114 tahun akademik 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PJJ daring mata kuliah Membaca Dasar I-IV di PSPBM masa pandemi Covid-19 dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil wawancara dan hasil kuesioner. Aplikasi daring yang digunakan yaitu Zoom, Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Wordwall, Quizizz dan Google Form yang dapat membantu pengajar maupun pemelajar selama proses pembelajaran. Meskipun terkadang terdapat kendala teknis seperti jaringan internet yang kurang stabil dan beberapa aplikasi membutuhkan banyak kuota internet, tetapi tidak ada hal spesifik lainnya yang menghambat proses PJJ daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Kata kunci: Media, Pembelajaran jarak jauh daring, Membaca, Bahasa Mandarin The use of applications for online distance learning is a solution that can be used by teachers and students for the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. All courses in the Department of Chinese Language Education (PSPBM) are carried out synchronously and asynchronously by utilizing a various of online applications that can assist the implementation of online distance learning. The implementation of online distance learning requires evaluation, thus PSPBM decided to conduct research evaluating the implementation of online distance learning. This study aims to describe the usage and utilization of online applications for the Chinese Reading Skills Course in PSPBM, as well as the opinion of teachers and students regarding the use of the online applications used. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research data are collected through interviews and questionnaires. The respondents of this study are teachers and participants of Basic Chinese Reading Skills Course I-IV in semester 113-114 Academic Year of 2020/2021. The result of the study shows that online distance learning for Basic Chinese Reading Skills Course I-IV in PSPBM during the Covid-19 pandemic can be carried out well. This can be seen from the results of interviews and questionnaires. The online applications used are Zoom, Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Wordwall, Quizizz, and Google Form which can help teachers and students during the learning process. Although sometimes there are technical obstacles such as an internet network that is less stable and some applications require a lot of internet quota, there are no other specific things that hinder the online distance learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic.
