Abstract
ABSTRAK Remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan memiliki kerentanan dalam masalah psikologis, salah satunya adalah harga diri yang rendah.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan menulis ekspresif dalam meningkatkan harga diri remaja panti asuhan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra eksperimental one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan Al-Bayan Bekasi. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSEC) dan PANAS (The Positive and Negative Affect Schedule). Uji hipotesis menggunakan sample t test dengan SPSS 25.0. Hasil analisis data pada instrumen harga diri menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 000 < 0.05. Hasil analisis data pada instrumen PANAS pada afek negatif menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) .046 < 0.05, dan pada afek positif negatif menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) .016 < 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan menulis ekspresif efektif dalam meningkatkan harga diri dan meningkatkan emosi positif, serta menurunkan emosi negatif remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. ABSTRACT Adolescents living in orphanages have a vulnerability to psychological problems, one of which is low self-esteem.. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the training of expressive writing in increasing the self-esteem of young orphanage. The research design used is pr experimental one group pretest-posttest design. Subjects in this study consisted of 31 adolescents living in orphanages Al-Bayan Bekasi. Measuring instruments used were the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSEC) and PANAS (The Positive and Negative Affect Schedule). A hypothesis test uses sample t test with SPSS 25.0. The results of data analysis on the instrument self-esteem shows the value of Sig. (2-tailed) .000 < 0.05. The results of data analysis on the instrument PANAS on the effect of a negative indicates the value of Sig. (2-tailed) .046 < 0.05, and on affect positive negative indicate the value of Sig. (2-tailed) .016 < 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the training of expressive writing is effective in improving self-esteem and improve positive emotions and lower negative emotions of teenagers living in the orphanage.
