Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh spiritualitas dan self-stigma terhadap psychological well-being pada mahasiswa penyintas Covid-19 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel terdiri atas 208 mahasiswa penyintas Covid-19 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Alat ukur yang digunakan yakni The Spiritual Meaning yang terdiri atas 14 item, Self-stigma Scale yang terdiri atas 9 item, dan Psychological well-being Scale yang terdiri atas 42 item. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS IBM 22. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan spiritualitas dan self-stigma terhadap psychological well-being pada mahasiswa penyintas Covid-19 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Ditemukan bahwa spiritualitas berpengaruh sebesar 42,77% dan self-stigma sebesar 0,46% terhadap psychological well-being pada mahasiswa penyintas Covid-19 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Spiritualitas, Self-stigma, Psychological well-being, Mahasiwa, Penyintas Covid-19. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the effect of spirituality and self-stigma on psychological well-being in student survivors of Covid-19 at the State University of Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling technique. In this study, the sample consisted of 208 students who survived Covid-19 at the State University of Jakarta. The measuring instrument used is The Spiritual Meaning which consists of 14 items, the Self-stigma Scale which consists of 9 items, and the Psychological well-being Scale which consists of 42 items. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression techniques with the help of SPSS IBM 22. The results showed that there was a significant influence of spirituality and self-stigma on psychological well-being in student survivors of Covid-19 at the State University of Jakarta. It was found that spirituality had an effect of 42.77% and self-stigma of 0.46% on psychological well-being of students who survived Covid-19 at the State University of Jakarta.
