Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh strategi organisasi, dan manajemen sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru sekolah menengah kejuruan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 63 guru SMK Negeri 27 Jakarta Pusat. Studi ini menemukan lebih banyak hal berikut : 1. Ada pengaruh langsung positif pada strategi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja; 2. Ada pengaruh langsung positif manajemen saran prasarana pada kinerja; 3. Tidak berpengaruh langsung strategi organisasi dan manajemen sarana prasarana. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational strategy and infrastructure management on the performance of vocational high school teachers. Research using quantitative methods and research design using path analysis. The population of this study was 63 vocational school teachers 27 Centre Jakarta. This study finds more of the following: 1. there is a positive direct effect on organizational strategy in improving performance; 2. there is a positive direct effect on the management of infrastructure suggestions on performance; 3. do not directly influence the organization's strategy and management of infrastructure.
