Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan kecemasan atlet hoki putri Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden yang merupakan atlet hoki putri Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen kepercayaan diri menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh Vealey (1986) yaitu the State Sport Confidence Inventory (SSCI). Selain itu, Instrumen kecemasan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat oleh Martens (1977) yaitu Sport Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT). Selanjutnya, dalam proses pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi olah data SPSS 24. Uji analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai F hitung = 10.943 dan nilai p = 0.003, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan kecemasan atlet hoki putri Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinan (R square) = 0.281, artinya kepercayaan diri memiliki hubungan dengan kecemasan sebesar 28.1%. Kata kunci: Kepercayaan Diri, Kecemasan, Atlet Hoki Putri Provinsi DKI Jakarta RELATIONSHIP OF CONFIDENCE WITH ANXIETY WOMEN'S HOCKEY ATHLETES OF DKI JAKARTA PROVINCE ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the relationship of confidence with the anxiety of women hockey athletes of DKI Jakarta Province. This study sample amounted to 30 respondents who were women hockey athletes of DKI Jakarta Province. This research sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The confidence instrument uses a questionnaire developed by Vealey (1986) namely the State Sports Confidence Inventory (SSCI). In addition, the anxiety instrument uses a questionnaire made by Martens (1977) namely the Sport Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT). Furthermore, in the process of processing data using spss 24 data processing application. The statistical analysis test used to test the hypothesis of this study is a simple linear regression analysis test. The results showed a calculated F value = 10.943 and a value of p = 0.003, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the confidence and anxiety of women hockey athletes of DKI Jakarta Province. The results also showed a determinant coefficient (R square) = 0.281, meaning that confidence has a relationship with the anxiety of 28.1%.
