Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada tahun 2019 terjadi wabah Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) di seluruh Dunia termasuk Negara Indonesia, dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 sangat berpengaruh dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan Polri, tetapi Pendidikan Polri harus terus berjalan sesuai dengan yang sudah direncanakan. Pendidikan Pembentukan Bintara Polri tetap harus dilaksanakan dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan tatap muka dengan memperhatikan Protokol Kesehatan 3 M (Mencuci tangan, Memakai Masker, Menjaga Jarak). Hal ini pastilah berdampak pada hasil lulusan apakah sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau tidak, oleh karena itu perlu di evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif pelaksanaan dan capaian tujuan pendidikan pembentukan Bintara Polri T.A. 2020-2021 pada saat pandemi Covid-19 di Sekolah Polisi Wanita. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada hasil peserta didik Pendidikan Pembentukan Bintara Polri Wanita T.A. 2020-2021 yang beralamat di Jl. Ciputat Raya No.40 Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan model evaluasi Ketimpangan/Kesenjangan (The Discrepancy Evaluation Model) yang dikembangkan oleh Malcolm Provus. Temuan dalam penelitian adalah Proses pentahapan pendidikan tidak sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan dan pelaksanaan yang telah ditetapkan, efektifitas pengasuhan dimasa pandemi Covid-19 tidak tercapai, adanya pemadatan Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) sehingga tidak optimal, untuk mata pelajaran praktek kurang tercapai sehingga hasil didik di lapangan kurang terampil maka masih butuh mentor dari para seniornya. Hasil penilaian pada aspek akademik terhadap semua mata pelajaran yang dilakukan oleh Sekolah Polisi Wanita kepada para peserta didik semuanya mendapatkan nilai melebihi batas minimal lulus sehingga dinyatakan lulus. Kata Kunci : evaluasi program, pembentukan Bintara Polri, covid-19 *********** ABSTRACT In 2019 there was an outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) throughout the world including the State of Indonesia, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was very influential in the implementation of Polri's education, but Polri's education must continue as planned. Education for the formation of the National Police NCO must still be carried out by distance learning (PJJ) and face-to-face with respect to the 3M Health Prokes (Washing hands, Wearing Masks, Maintaining Distance). This will certainly have an impact on the results of graduates whether they are in accordance with what is expected or not, therefore it needs to be evaluated. The purpose of this study was to identify and comprehensively describe the implementation and achievement of educational goals for the establishment of the National Police NCO year 2020-2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Women's Police School. This research was conducted on the results of the female National Police NCO Formation Education students which is located at Jl. Ciputat Raya No.40 Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta The method used is a description of the approach and the approach used in this study is evaluation, with the Discrepancy Evaluation Model developed by Malcolm Provus. The findings in the study were the education phasing process was not in accordance with the predetermined activity and implementation plans, the effectiveness of parenting during the Covid-19 pandemic was not achieved, there was a compaction of the Teaching and Learning Process so that it was not optimal, for practical subjects it was not achieved so that student outcomes in If the field is less skilled, it still needs mentors from its seniors. The results of the assessment on the academic aspect of all subjects carried out by the Sepolwan to the students all got scores above the minimum pass limit so that they were declared passed.
