Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Memasak Sederhana. Dengan tema yang diambil adalah memasak telur ceplok yang terdiri dari materi pengenalan alat memasak telur ceplok, pengenalan bahan memasak telur ceplok dan prosedur langkah-langkah memasak telur ceplok. Media ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Hasil validasi ahli didapatkan skor rata-rata yaitu 83.95 % dan hasil ujicoba kepada peserta didik didapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 83,33 %. Sehingga didapati nilai akhir dari pengembangan produk ini adalah 83.64 % Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Memasak Sederhana diuji cobakan kepada tiga peserta didik dengan hambatan intelektual ringan kelas VIII di SLB Kembar Karya Pembangunan II. Media ini dapat diunduh melalui alamat http://bit.ly/MPI-MemasakSederhana. This research intends to produce a product of Simple Cooking Interactive Learning Media. With the theme taken is to cook fried eggs which consists of tool introduction material cooking fried eggs, introduction to fried egg cooking ingredients and Step-by-step procedure for making fried eggs. This media uses Research and Development (RnD) method with development Borg and Gall’s model. The results of expert validation obtained an average score of 83.95 % and the results of trials to students obtained an average score of 83.33%. So that the final value of this product development is 83.64 %. Media Simple Cooking Interactive Learning tested to three students with mild intellectual disabilities in class VIII in SLB Kembar Karya Pembangunan II.
