Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh antara tingkat pendidikan terhadap perilaku tertib sosial pengguna KRL Commuter Line Bogor-Jakarta beserta data empiriknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen (Variabel X) berupa tingkat pendidikan, yaitu meliputi kognisi dan kesadaran pengguna KRL Commuter Line. Sedangkan variabel dependen (Variabel Y) dalam penelitian ini berupa perilaku tertib sosial, yaitu menghindari tindakan-tindakan yang mencerminkan perilaku yang tidak tertib. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif berbasis survei secara online. Responden penelitian ini ditentukan melalui metode disproportionate stratified random sampling yang termasuk ke dalam teknik probability sampling. Proses pengumpulan data, analisis, dan penulisan skripsi dilakukan sejak bulan Januari hingga September 2021. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 388 orang pengguna KRL Commuter Line Bogor-Jakarta. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner yang berisi 65 butir soal melalui media Google Forms. Analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial parametris, yaitu bertumpu pada analisis regresi linear sederhana. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 25 dan juga Microsoft Excel 2016 untuk mengolah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh langsung postitif pada variabel tingkat Pendidikan (variabel independen) terhadap variabel perilaku tertib sosial pengguna KRL Commuter Line Bogor Jakarta (variabel dependen). Hal tersebut ditunjukan dari hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana yang mendapatkan nilai signifikansi berjumlah 0,000 < 0,05 beserta model regesi berupa Y = 115,606 + 0,437; artinya variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen dan hipotesis Ha diterima. Kemudian pada hasil uji t mengindikasikan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen juga. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 92,698 > 1,986 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 > 0,05. Selain itu, pada uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,216. Artinya, variabel independen memiliki pengaruh sebesar 21,6% tanpa ada variabel lain yang diteliti. *********************** This research aims to measure the effect of education level on social order behaviour of Bogor-Jakarta Commuter Line Train users along with empirical data. This research uses an independent variable (X Variable) in the form of education level, which includes cognition and awareness of Commuter Line Train passengers. While the dependent variable (Y Variable) in this research is in the form of social orderly behaviour, namely avoiding actions that reflect disorderly behaviour. This research uses a online survey-based quantitative methodology. Respondents in this research were determined through disproportionate stratified random sampling technique which is included in the probability sampling technique. The process of data collection, analysis, and writing the thesis was carried out from January to September 2021. The samples in this research is 388 passengers of the Bogor-Jakarta Commuter Line Train. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires containing 65 questions through Google Forms. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive and parametric inferential analysis, which is based on simple linear regression analysis. In addition, this research uses SPSS 25 software and Microsoft Excel 2016 to perform data processing. The outcomes of this research indicatse a direct positive effect of education level variable (independent variable) on the socially orderly behaviour of Bogor-Jakarta Commuter Line Train users (dependent variable). This is evidenced by simple linear regression analysis results that the significance value is 0,000 < 0,05 together with regression model in the form of Y = 115,606 + 0,407. It means that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable and the Ha hypothesis is accepted. Then the results of the t test indicates that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable as well. This can be proven by the t-count value of 92.698 > 1.986 and the significance value is 0.000 > 0.05. In addition, in the coefficient of determination test, the value of R2 is 0.216. This means that the independent variable has an effect of 21.6% without any other variables being studied.
