Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar minat siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler panahan pada siswa kelas VII SMP Islam PB Soedirman Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah minat dengan indikator yaitu; a) perasaan senang, b) ketertarikan, c) keterlibatan siswa, d) perhatian siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan instrumen menggunakan kuisoner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa minat olahraga panahan pada siswa kelas VII SMP Islam PB Soedirman Kota Bekasi secara keseluruhan tergolong ke dalam kategori tinggi. Minat siswa kelas VII SMP Islam PB. Soedirman Kot Bekasi dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler panahan sebanyak 80 responden (51%), kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 39 responden (27%), dan kategori sedang sebanyak 21 responden (14%). Kata Kunci : Minat, Ekstrakurikuker, Panahan This study aims to determine how much students' interest in participating in archery extracurricular activities in seventh grade students of SMP Islam PB Sudirman Bekasi City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The variables in this study are interest with indicators, namely; a) feelings of pleasure, b) interest, c) student involvement, d) student attention. The method used in this research is a survey with the instrument using a questionnaire. The sampling technique was carried out by the total sampling method. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it shows that the interest in archery in the seventh grade students of SMP Islam PB Sudirman, Bekasi City as a whole belongs to the high category. The interest of class VII students in participating in archery extracurricular activities was 80 respondents (51%), very high category was 39 respondents (27%), and medium category was 21 respondents (14%).
