Abstract

Self Efficacy merupakan keyakinan seseorang terhadap kemampuan yang dimilikinya untuk menghasilkan suatu kinerja agar tercapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Self Efficacy yang baik akan menimbulkan perilaku yang baik pada mahasiswa Biologi untuk beretika konservasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self efficacy dengan perilaku mahasiswa Biologi terhadap etika konservasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester 106. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan studi korelasional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 mahasiswa Biologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menyebar opinioner yang digunakan untuk mengukur self efficacy dan perilaku terhadap etika konservasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal dan memiliki varian yang sama atau homogen. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan perilaku mahasiswa Biologi terhadap etika konservasi. Self Efficacy is a belief of individual’s ability to produce a performance to achieve the expected goals. The best of Self Efficacy will give best result behavior to Biology students for conservation ethics. This study aims to determine the correlation of self efficacy with the behavior of biology students toward conservation ethics. This research was conducted on 106th semester. The method used is quantitative method with correlational study. The sample size is 140 Biology students. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained by disseminating opinions which used to measure self efficacy and behavior toward conservation ethics. Based on the results of the study showed that the data comes from a normally population distributed and has homogeneous variants. The hypothesis in this study shows a significant positive correlation between self efficacy with Biology student's behavior toward conservation ethics.
