Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi dari program diklat training of trainer e-learning pencegahan dan penanganan stunting yang diadakan oleh Pusdiklat Kesos bagi Widyaiswara Balai Besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial pada tahun 2021. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah widyaiswara BBPPKS berjumlah 30 orang dan atasan widyaiswara BBPPKS berjumlah 6 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode evaluasi. Desain penelitian menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, tes, pedoman observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada level 1 dikategorikan kepuasan peserta diklat tinggi, pada level 2 menunjukkan kategori pembelajaran peserta diklat tinggi, kategori pada level 3 adalah implementasi perilaku ditempat kerja baik, dan level 4 hasil menunjukkan keberhasilan program baik. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Pembelajaran Digital, Pencegahan dan Penanganan Stunting, Widyaiswara.************************ This research is aimed to know the evaluation result of training of trainer training program on stunting handling and prevention e-learning held by Training Education Center of Social Affairs Ministry for civil servants in BBPPKS (Social Welfare Education and Training Great Hall) in 2021. The subjects of this research are 30 BBPPKS civil servants and 6 BBPPKS civil servant superiors. This research is using quantitative approach with evaluation method. The research design is using questionnaire, test, observation guidelines, and interview guidelines. The research data is analyzed by using descriptive statistics analysis. The result of this research is showing that the evaluation result of using Kirkpatrick evaluation model on level 1 can be categorized as high satisfaction of training participants, level 2 can be categorized as high knowledge of training participants, level 3 can be categorized as well behavior implementation at workplace, and the result of level 4 is showing the well success of the program.
