Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja Himpunan Mahasiswa Prodi Teknologi Pendidikan dalam menerapkan model sistem organisasi belajar menurut Michael J. Marquardt yang terdiri dari Belajar, Organisasi, Orang, Pengetahuan dan Teknologi. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan model evaluasi kinerja yaitu Model 360 degree. Model ini merupakan model yang sesuai karena penilaian dilakukan dari berbagai sumber seperti Dosen Pembimbing, 10 Ketua dan Pengurus HMP TP FIP UNJ, 10 Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa (DPM) serta 10 Mahasiswa Aktif Teknologi Pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 31 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua subsistem organisasi belajar telah diterapkan dengan baik oleh HMP TP FIP UNJ. Hal ini terlihat dari respon masing-masing kategori responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat dijadikan acuan evaluasi untuk ketua dan pengurus HMP TP FIP UNJ serta dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk HMP TP FIP UNJ menjadi organisasi belajar. The purpose of this research is to rate the Education Technology Student Association in applying Michael J. Marquardt's learning organization which consists of learning, organization, people, knowledge, and technology. This research uses the 360 degree work evaluation study model. This model is chosen for it is the most suitable model due to the variety of sources used in this research (supervisor, 10 members including the President of the Student Association of The Education Technology Program, 10 members of the DPM, as well as 10 active students of the Education Technology Program). The technique used in conducting this research is by spreading questionnaires to 31 respondents. Thus, the result of the research proves that all of the organized study subsystems has been done well by the Student Association of The Education Technology Program. The implication of this research may be used for evaluation by the Student Association of The Education Technology Program, and may be a reference to make the Student Association of The Education Technology Program as a learning organization.
