Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris mengenai pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe talking stick terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta Timur pada kelas VII dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Sampel yang diambil kelas 7H dan 7G dengan jumlah 68 sampel. Pada pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah H1 yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe talking stick terhadap hasil belajar siswa IPS diterima atau di tolak. Pengujian H 1 dilakukan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% yang secara statistik dinyatakan α = 0,05 dengan Ttabel= 1,6883. Berdasarkan perhitungan melalui teknik analisis data statistik dengan uji t, hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t diketahui thitung dan ttabel = 1,6883 pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (0,05). Diperoleh thitung ≥ ttabel yaitu ≥ 1,6883 dengan demikian H 1 diterimadan H0 ditolak. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t diatas dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe talking stick terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta Timur. This study aims to obtain empirical data about the influence of cooperative learning model type talking stick to student learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative approach with experimental method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 7 East Jakarta in class VII with sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Samples taken by class 7H and 7G with total of 68 samples. In testing the hypothesis in this study to determine whether H1 which states there is influence of cooperative learning model type talking stick to student learning outcomes IPS accepted or rejected. H1 test was performed with 95% confidence level which statistically stated α = 0,05 with Ttable = 1,6883. Based on the calculation through the technique of statistical data analysis with t test, hypothesis test results using t test known titung and ttable = 1.6883 at 95% confidence level (0,05). Obtained tcount ≥ ttable ie ≥ 1.6883 thus H1 accepted and H0 rejected. From result of hypothesis test of t test above can be concluded there influence influence of learning model of cooperative learning type talking stick to result of study of IPS student of class VII in SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta Timur.
