Abstract

Qoryah Arobiyyah adalah kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa arab yang dilaksanakan diluar kampus yang bertujuan untuk : 1). Meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, 2). Meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Arab mahasiswa, dan 3). Menciptakan lingkungan berbahasa arab di Qoryah Arobiyyah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui segala respon dan keputusan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan qoryah arobiyyah serta perbaikan acara di tahun selanjutnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama acara berlangsung, yakni sejak pelaksanaan Qoryah Arobiyyah Jilid 3 dari tanggal 14 – 20 Januari 2017, dan proses pengambilan data yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 juli 2017 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta, pada Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan 3 cara, yaitu : 1). Observasi Lapangan, 2). Pembagian Angket, dan 3). Dokumentasi Acara. Peneliti melakukan observasi lapangan dengan mengikuti seluruh rangkaian acara. Kemudian angket/ kuisioner dibagikan ke 35 sampel peserta mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan bahasa Arab angkatan 2016 dengan 25 pertanyaan tertutup. Model evaluasi yang dipakai pada penelitian evaluasi ini adalah CIPP Model, pada Cipp model terdapat 4 komponen, yaitu 1). Evaluasi Konteks, 2). Evaluasi Input, 3). Evaluasi Proses, 4). Evaluasi Produk. Data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tekhnik LIKERT SCALE. Pada angket yang disebar disetiap pertanyaannya memiliki lima jawaban, dan disetiap jawaban yang dipilih memiliki bobot tersendiri. Adapun pilihan jawaban yang disediakan, adalah 1). Sangat Kurang dengan bobot nilai 1, 2). Kurang dengan bobot nilai 2, 3). Cukup dengan bobot nilai 3, 4). Baik dengan bobot nilai 4, dan 5) Sangat Baik dengan bobot nilai 5. Dan dilakukan juga pengklasifikasian hasil nilai dengan rentangan 1). 0 – 19,99 % berada pada kategori Sangat Kurang, 2). 20 – 39,99 % berada pada kategori Kurang, 3). 40 – 59, 99 % berada pada kategori Cukup, 4). 60 – 79,9 % berada pada kategori Baik, dan 5). 80 – 100 % berada pada kategori Sangat Baik. Setelah analisis dilakukan, didapati hasil dari setiap evaluasi komponen dan evaluasi secara menyeluruh sebagai berikut : 1). Evaluasi Konteks mendapat nilai 73,6 %, hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa Evaluasi Konteks berada pada kategori Baik. 2). Evaluasi Input mendapat nilai 68,7 %, hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa Evaluasi Input berada pada kategori Baik. 3). Evaluasi Proses mendapat nilai 67,7 %, hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa Evaluasi Proses berada pada kategori Baik. 4). Evaluasi Produk mendapat nilai 73,7 %, hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa Evaluasi Produk berada pada kategori Baik. Dan setelah dilakukan penghitungan interpretasi pada keempat komponen tersebut, didapati hasil 74,4 % untuk Evaluasi Qoryah Arobiyyah Jilid 3, hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa pelaksanaan Qoryah Arobiyyah Jilid 3 berada pada kategori Baik. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa program Qoryah Arobiyyah adalah program yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kompetensi Bahasa arab mahasiswa karena terciptanya lingkungan berbahasa arab yang baik. Qoryah Arobiyyah is the Arabic language learning activities implemented outside the campus which aims to: 1. increase the motivation of learning) student, 2) enhance the capabilities of Arabic-speaking students, and 3). Creating an environment of Arabic language in Qoryah Arobiyyah. The purpose of this research is to know the all the responses and decisions for the implementation of the activities of the qoryah arobiyyah as well as improvements to the event in the years to come. This research was carried out during the event, i.e. Since the implementation of 3 Volumes Arobiyyah Qoryah from 14th – January 20, 2017, and the process of retrieval of data was carried out on 7 July 2017 at the State University of Jakarta, on the status of Education The Arabic Language. The process of data collection is done in 3 ways: 1). The observation field, 2). Division of question form, and 3). Documentation Of The Event. Researchers conducting field observations by following a whole series of events. Then question form/questionnaire was distributed to a sample of participants 35 majors education Arabic 2016 host with 25 questions covered. The evaluation model used in this evaluation is research CIPP Cipp model on the Model, there are 4 components, i.e., 1). The evaluation context, 2). Evaluation of Input, 3). The evaluation process, 4). The Evaluation Of The Product. The data obtained are then analyzed using a LIKERT SCALE engineering. On the now deployed at each question has five answer, and every answer has its own weight selected. As for the choice of answers provided, is 1). Very less with weights 1, 2). Less with the weighting values 2, 3). Simply by weighting the values 3, 4). Good with weights the value 4, and 5) with the weighting value 5. And the results of classification done also value with span is 1). 0-19.99% are very less, category 2). 20 – 39.99% are in the category of less, 3). 40 – 59, 99% were in the category of Pretty, 4). 60 – 79.9% are on the category either, and 5). 80 – 100% are on a very good category. After the analysis is performed, found the results from each evaluation component and thoroughly evaluation as follows: 1). Evaluation Context gets value of 73.6%, the results of the evaluation indicate that the Context is on the category either. 2). Evaluation of Inputs averaged 68.7%, the results of the evaluation indicate that the Input is on the category either. 3). Evaluation Process received 67.7% value, the result indicates that the Evaluation Process is on the category either. 4). Evaluation of the Products gotten 73.7%, the results of the evaluation indicate that the Product is at a category either. And, after counting the fourth component in the interpretation, 74.4% results found for evaluation Qoryah Arobiyyah Vol. 3, the results indicate that the implementation of the Qoryah Arobiyyah Vol 3 is on the category either. The results of the study showed that the program Qoryah Arobiyyah is a useful program to enhance learning motivation and competence of Arabic students because the creation of Arabic-speaking environment.
