Abstract

Metode pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dan rendah motivasi belajar peserta didik akan berdampak pada hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan metode pembelajaran resitasi terhadap hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani, (2) Pengaruh interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani, (3) Perbedaan hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani antara metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan metode pembelajaran resitasi pada kelompok motivasi belajar tinggi, dan (4) Perbedaan hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani antara metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan metode pembelajaran resitasi pada kelompok motivasi belajar rendah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan desain treatment by level 2x2. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. Besar sampel penelitian sebanyak 160 siswa kelas XII. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Tukey. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan resitasi terhadap hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai Fhitung = 20,20 > Ftabel = 3,90. 2) Ada pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan antara metode pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani. Hasilnya bermakna, karena Fhitung = 84,64 > Ftabel = 3,90. 3) ada perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan resitasi pada kelompok peserta didik motivasi belajar tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai Qhitung = 12,78 > Qtabel = 3,79. 4) ada perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan Resitasi pada kelompok peserta didik motivasi belajar rendah. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai Qhitung = 3,98 > Qtabel = 3,79. ***** Inappropriate learning methods and low learning motivation of students will have an impact on physical fitness learning outcomes. This study aims to determine: (1) The difference in the effect of project-based learning methods and recitation learning methods on physical fitness learning outcomes, (2) The effect of interaction between learning methods and learning motivation on physical fitness learning outcomes, (3) The difference in physical fitness learning outcomes between project-based learning methods and recitation learning methods in high learning motivation group, (4) The difference in physical fitness learning outcomes between project-based learning method and recitation learning method in low learning motivation groups. This research was carried out with an experimental method with a 2x2 design treatment by level. This research was conducted at 36 Senior High School in Jakarta. The samples were 160 twelve grade students. The hypothesis testing in this study was done by using the Tukey test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) there is a significant difference in the effect of project-based learning methods and recitation on physical fitness learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount = 20.20 > Ftable = 3.90. 2) There is a significant interaction effect between learning methods and learning motivation on physical fitness learning outcomes. The result is significant, because Fcount = 84.64 > Ftable = 3.90. 3) there is a significant difference in learning outcomes of physical fitness using project-based learning methods and recitation in the group of students with high learning motivation. This is evidenced by the value of Qcount = 12.78 > Qtable = 3.79. 4) there is a significant difference in learning outcomes of physical fitness using project-based learning methods and recitation in the group of students with low learning motivation.
