Abstract

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the organization child care centre. This study applied the model of CIPP, include: context, input, process and product. The evaluation was conducted at Taman Penitipan Anak Mekar Asih Jakarta for two months from April to June 2015. Collecting data with the instrument were: questionnaires, interviews, observation, and study documentation. The results showed that: (1) context: TPA has permission document and some technical instruction for organizing TPA in accordance with the criteria of success; (2) Input: Learners, head of TPA, administrative personnel, facilities and infrastructure, involvement of parents, government involvement, health, nutrition and safety are in accordance with the criteria of success. Most educators and curriculum not meet the success criteria; (3) process: TPA has a daily schedule and semester program. Learning activities are good, but the lesson plan weekly, daily, assessment and supervision not meet the criteria of success; (4) product: Reports of child development written exactly the same as with a standard level of achievement of the development. Reporting of child development is done every semester and also by informal reports and communication when drop and pick up children in accordance with the criteria of success.
