Abstract
Sistem informasi Pengelolaan Surat Dinas Pusdatinmas (PSDP) merupakan sebuah website internal yang berfungsi membantu pegawai bidang Informasi BNPB mengelola surat-surat perjalanan dinas. Namun sejak selesai dikembangkan dan mulai digunakan, belum dilakukan User Acceptance serta tidak adanya monitoring atau evaluasi berkala pada website. Sistem juga diyakini masih sulit digunakan oleh pengguna, yang mana hal tersebut merupakan sebuah kerugian bagi BNPB karena pekerjaan akan terhambat. Maka dilakukan Usability Assessment dengan mengacu pada ISO 9241-11 dalam rangka evaluasi dan mengukur sejauh mana sistem dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh pengguna, serta menjadi saran ilmiah dalam audit sistem informasi di lingkungan BNPB. Penilaian dilakukan secara online dengan melibatkan pengguna sebagai responden untuk mengukur tiga atribut usability produk. Atribut tersebut yakni efektivitas, efisiensi yang keduanya diukur dengan menggunakan skenario tugas, dan kepuasan yang diukur dengan menggunakan kuisioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan metode Single Usability Metric (SUM), maka ketiga nilai yang diperoleh dikonversi dengan mencari nilai z hitung untuk mengubah hasil ke dalam bentuk persentase. Setelah uji dilakukan kepada semua responden, diperoleh hasil efektivitas sistem sebesar 73,75%, dan tingkat efisiensi sebesar 69,15%, serta memberikan kepuasan kepada pengguna sebesar 66,56%. Setelah dikalkulasi maka nilai usability sistem PSDP adalah sebesar 69,82% dengan nilai kualitatif Good Usability. ******** Official Letter Management of Data Information and Public Relation (PSDP) is an internal website to help employees of BNPB’s Information Division manage the official letters. However, since the development is done and started being used, it has not yet had a user acceptance, and there is no periodic monitoring or evaluation done to the website. The website is also believed still difficult to use for the users, which is a disadvantage for BNPB because it obstructs the works. Therefore, Usability Assessment based on ISO 9241-11 is conducted in order to evaluate and measure the Usability of the product, and it also could be the scientific data of Information System audit for BNPB. Assessment was conducted online with involving users as a respondent to measure three attributes of product usability. The first attribute is effectivity, the second one is efficiency–both are measured using a task scenario, and the third is satisfaction, measured using System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. This assessment also used the Single Usability Metric (SUM) method; therefore, all the three attributes results were converted by determining z score to find the percentile score. After all respondents had finished the test, the obtained result for effectivity is 73,75%, product efficiency 69,15%, and the satisfaction score is 66,56%. The given score of website usability after the calculation is 69,82% and considered qualitatively as Good Usability.
