Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penumpang menyalahgunakan tata tertib di gerbong khusus wanita, serta untuk mengetahui penyebab dari penyalahgunaan tata tertib berdagang di gerbong khusus wanita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Beberapa teknik pengumpulan data data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul diperiksa dengan menggunakan teknik perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam mengolah data terdiri dari data reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyalahgunaan tata tertib berdagang oleh penumpang didukung oleh faktor kepedulian sesama penumpang saat mobilitas di pagi hari serta sebagai pemenuhan ekonomi dari penghasilan berdagang. Kemudian PKD yang dirasa tidak selalu berada di tempat, menyebabkan semakin berani pedagang melakukan aktivitasnya, serta antusiasme penumpang semakin tinggi dengan selalu mengharapkan keberadaan pedagang. Sedangkan akibat dari penyalahgunaan tata tertib berdagang di gerbong khusus wanita yaitu relasi sosial yang dilakukan rutin menyebabkan terjadinya pola pertemanan. Kemudian penumpang ingin memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis atau kebutuhan akan makanan. Di sisi lain terciptanya transaksi terselubung demi menghindari pengelihatan PKD sehingga PKD meningkatkan fungsi pengawasan di gerbong khussu wanita, terpenuhinya kebutuhan fisiologis, dan peningkatan fungsi pengawasan. This study aims to find out the factors that cause passengers to misuse the rules in women-only carriages, as well as to find out the causes of misuse of discipline in trading in women-only carriages. This study uses a qualitative method. Some data collection techniques are carried out, namely observation, interviews, library research, and documentation. The collected data was examined using the extension observation technique, increased observation persistence and triangulation. Analysis of data used in processing data consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the misuse of the rules of trading by passengers is supported by caring factors among fellow passengers during morning mobility and as an economic fulfillment of income from trading. Then the PKD which is felt not always in place, causes more courageous traders to carry out their activities, and the enthusiasm of passengers is higher by always expecting the presence of traders. Whereas the consequences of misuse of discipline trade in women-only carriages, namely the social relations that are routinely conducted cause a pattern of friendship. Then passengers want to meet physiological needs or food needs. On the other hand the creation of covert transactions in order to avoid the visibility of PKD so that PKD improves the monitoring function in special female carriages, fulfills physiological needs, and enhances supervisory functions.
