Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi untuk mempermudah guru BK/Konselor dalam mengadministrasikan data peserta didik. Sehingga dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami guru BK/Konselor di sekolah terkait manajemen data dalam mendukung kinerja. Sample pada penelitian ini yaitu guru BK dan peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penngembangan aplikasi ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D) model Brog and Gall. Model Borg and Gall memiliki Sembilan tahap, tetapi pada penelitian ini hanya menggunakan lima tahap yaitu penelitian dan pengmpulan data, perencanaan, penngembangan produk awal atau draft, uji coba lapangan awal, dan revisi produk utama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara pada beberapa guru BK dan beberapa pihak sekolah, penyebaran instrument. Aplikasi terdiri dari enam jenis informasi yaitu informasi umum dan akademik peserta didik, daftar cek masalah, nilai raport, poin kedisiplinan, rekap kehadiran KBM, dan layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Berdasarkan hasil uji ahli dengan menggunakan analisa CVR dan CVI Lawsher didapat bahwa nilai CVR dan CVI menunjukkan hasil perhitungan lebih dari 0 yang artinya hasil instrument menunjukkan nilai positif. Kebaruan yang disajikan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengguna lebih dari satu (multiuser) dan konten sesuai dengan standar ASCA dan ahli BK (Prof. Prayitno). The objective of application development research is to produce an application that can be used to ease counselor/guidance and counseling teacher in managing students’ data. Thus, the application can overcome the problems, related to data management in supporting performance, experienced by counselor/guidance and counseling teacher in school. The methodology used is Research and Development (R&D), Borg and Gall model involving counselor/guidance and counseling teacher and students as the sample of this research. Borg and Gall model has nine stages, but this research used no more than five stages: the collection of information, planning, designing, and developing program, product/model/program tryout, revision main product. Some counselor/ guidance and counseling teacher and school staffs was interviewed to collect the information. This application consists of six information: students general and academic information; problem checklist; report card grades; disciplines point; attendance list in teaching and learning; and guidance and counseling service. Based on the results of expert tests using the CVR and CVI Lawsher analysis, it was found that the CVR and CVI values showed a calculation result of more than 0, which means that the instrument results showed a positive value. The novelty presented in this study is more than one user (multiuser) and the content is in accordance with ASCA standards and guidance and counseling experts (Prof. Prayitno).
