Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemudahan aksesibilitas pariwisata di kawasan obyek wisata Pantai Air Manis Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang Sumatra Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kawasan objek wisata Pantai Air Manis, Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang, Sumatra Barat pada Bulan Mei 2018 hingga Juli 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan infroman yaitu Kepala Dinas Pariwisata, Staff Program dan perencaan Pariwisata Kota Padang, Masyarakat Pengelola Pantai Air Manis dan wisatawan. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, pencatatan dokumen dan studi kepustakaan, selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Indikator pengukuran kemudahan aksesibilitas pariwisata pada penelitian ini terdiri dari akses mudah, kualitas jalan, fasilitas parkir dan waktu mengemudi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas yang ada di Pantai Air Manis tidak mudah, dimana tidak tersedianya penunjuk jalan, agen wisata, terminal bis dan sarana pusat informasi wisata, sedangkan sarana transportasi publik telah tersedia namun belum dijalankan secara maksimal. Kualitas jalan pada lokasi wisata belum dapat dikatakan baik karena jalan yang tersedia pada lokasi wisata Pantai ini masih banyak terdapat jalan yang rusak dan berlubang serta tidak tersedianya jalur pejalan kaki bagi wisatawan. Fasilitas parkir yang tersedia di kawasan wisata pantai ini juga belum dapat dikatakan baik karena kondisi lahan parkir yang tidak memenuhi standar lahan parkir belum digunakan secara maksimal. Waktu mengemudi untuk sampai ke lokasi wisata Pantai Air Manis ini tidak dapat diprediksi karena terdapat hambatan�hambatan yang ada disepanjang jalan, seperti jalan berlubang, kondisi saat hujan dan aksi pungutan liar sehingga mengganggu perjalanan wisatawan yang datang berkunjung. This study aims to determine the accessibility of tourism in the tourist area of Air Manis Beach, South Padang, Padang City, West Sumatra. This study was conducted in the area of Air Manis Beach, South Padang, Padang City, West Sumatra, on May 2018 to July 2018. This study is a descriptive study with the infromant, namely the Head of Tourism Office, the Padang City Tourism Program and Planning Staff, the Community Management of Air Manis Beach and the tourists. The primary data collection of this study is using the method of observation, in-depth interviews, recording of documents and library studies, then analyzed qualitatively. The indicator of measuring accessibility of tourism in this study consisted of easy access, road quality, parking facilities and driving time. The results of this study indicate that the accessibility in Air Manis Beach is not easy as it should be, where there are no guides, tourist agents, bus terminals and tourist information center facilities, while public transportation facilities are available but had not been carried out optimally. The quality of roads in tourist locations could not be stated as good because the roads available on the tourist sites of this beach, there are still many damaged roads that exist, also the hollow, and there are no pedestrian paths that available for tourists. Parking facilities are available in the coastal tourism area also could not be stated as good because the condition of the parking lot in which does not have the standard of parking lots has not been used optimally. When driving to get to the tourist sites Air Manis Beach is unpredictable because there are obstacles along the way, such as potholes, conditions when it rains and illegal levies that disrupt the travel of tourists who come to visit
