Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1. Hubungan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap ketepatan shooting. 2. Hubungan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan shooting. 3. Hubungan koordinasi mata tangan dan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan shooting pada atlet fakultas ilmu keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta petanque club. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan studi kolerasi. Populasi penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah 19 atlet petanque FIK UNJ yang sesuai kriteria. Instrumen tes didahului dengan melakukan 1. Tes koordinasi mata tangan dengan alat lempar tangkap bola tenis. 2. Tes kekuatan otot lengan dengan alat handgrip dynamometer. 3. Tes ketepatan shooting dengan melempar 20 bola target yang berada di jarak 7,5 meter. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan 1. Hubungan yang signifikan rx1y = 0,599 dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 5,228 + 0,093 X1. 2. Hubungan yang signifikan rx2y = 0,477 dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 3,734 + 0,028 X2. Kesimpulan akhir yang diperoleh melalui penelitian ini adalah Koefisien determinasi koordinasi mata tangan dan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan shooting (Ry1.2.)2 = 0,376 hal ini berarti bahwa 37,6% ketepatan shooting ditentukan oleh koordinasi mata tangan dan kekuatan otot lengan. The relationship between eye-hand coordination and shooting accuracy. 2. The relationship between arm muscle strength and shooting accuracy. 3. The relationship between hand eye coordination and arm muscle strength on shooting accuracy in athletes from the Faculty of Sports Science, Jakarta State University Petanque Club. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlation study. The population of this study that became the sample was 19 athletes of the FIK UNJ petanque who met the criteria. The test instrument was preceded by doing 1. A test of hand eye coordination with a tennis ball throwing and catching tool. 2. Test arm muscle strength with a handgrip dynamometer. 3. Test shooting accuracy by throwing 20 target balls that are at a distance of 7.5 meters. The results showed 1. A significant relationship rx1y = 0,599 with the regression equation = 5,228 + 0,093 X1. 2. Significant relationship rx2y = 0.477 with the regression equation = 3.734 + 0.028 X2. The final conclusion obtained through this study is the coefficient of determination of hand eye coordination and arm muscle strength on shooting accuracy (Ry1.2.)2 = 0.376 this means that 37.6% of shooting accuracy is determined by hand eye coordination and arm muscle strength.
