Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh work-family conflict terhadap ketahanan keluarga pada keluarga dengan ibu bekerja. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah pada bulan November 2021 sampai dengan Juli 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 orang responden yang dipilih dengan cara purposive. Penyebaran kuesioner penelitian dengan menggukan google formulir. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diketahui bahwa work-family conflict sampel paling banyak berada pada kategori tinggi (35%), dan ketahanan keluarga sampel paling banyak berada pada kategori rendah (39%). Berdasarkan uji regresi linear sederhana, koefisien regresi variabel work-family conflict sebesar -3,389 artinya jika terjadi peningkatan variabel work-family conflict sebesar 1 satuan maka akan menyebabkan penurunan terhadap variabel ketahanan keluarga sebesar 3,389 satuan. Hal tersebut berarti semakin tinggi nilai work-family conflict maka semakin rendah nilai ketahanan keluarga yang berarti semakin tinggi terjadinya work-family conflict maka semakin rentan juga sebuah keluarga. Besarnya r2 sebesar 0,364 atau KD sebesar 36,4%, sedangkan sisanya 0,636 dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah semakin tinggi work-family conflict, maka semakin rentan juga sebuah ketahanan keluarga. Maka hal yang harus dilakukan adalah seorang ibu harus memiliki kesimbangan antara pekerjaan-keluarga, memakai asisten rumah tangga, memakai baby sitter utnuk membantu pengasuhan anak, dan keluarga besar juga bisa memberikan dukungan kepada ibu. The purpose the study is to analyze the work-family conflict impact on family strength of working mothers. The study was conducted in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java from November 2021 to July 2022. This study used associative quantitative methods. This study involved 100 respondents who were selected purposively. Dissemination of research questionnaires by using google forms. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression test. Based on data processing, it is known that the work-family conflict sample is mostly in the high category (35%), and the family strength of the sample is mostly in the low category (39%). Based on a simple linear regression test, the regression coefficient for the work-family conflict variable is -3.389, meaning that if there is an increase in the work-family conflict variable by 1 unit, it will cause a decrease in the family strength variable by 3.389 units. This means that the higher the value of work-family conflict, the lower the value of family strength, which means the higher the occurrence of work-family conflict, the more vulnerable a family is. The amount of r2 is 0.364 or KD is 36.4%, while the remaining 0.636 is influenced by other factors not examined. The implication of this research is that the higher the work-family conflict, the more vulnerable a family. So the thing that must be done is that a mother must have a balance between work-family, use a household assistant, use a baby sitter to help with child care, and the extended family can also provide support to the mother.
