Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Gaya Kepemimpinan Perempuan Pemimpin di Lembaga Pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah Perempuan di SMP Negeri 158, SMP Muhammadiyah 39 dan SMP YWKA II Rawamangun, guru serta staff dan peserta didik. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1. Kepemimpinan dilihat dari bagaimana kepala sekolah perempuan dalam mengelola tugas dan perempuan pemimpin dalam mengelola hubungan terhadap bawahan. 2. Kepemimpinan perempuan pemimpin juga terlihat dari visi yang jelas mengenai apa yang ingin mereka capai, kemampuan dalam mengembangkan strategi, kesediaan mengambil risiko, kemampuan mempengaruhi orang lain, kemampuan menginspirasi dan memotivasi orang lain, kemampuan membangun kelompok guna membantu mereka mencapai visi, dan kecerdasan emosi yang tinggi. 3. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perempuan di SMP Kecamatan Pulo Gadung yang paling dominan adalah gaya kepemimpinan Maskulin, Feminin dan gaya kepemimpinan Transformasional. This study aims to describe the Leadership Style of Women Leaders in Educational Institutions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The subjects in this study were the Female Principals at SMP Negeri 158, SMP Muhammadiyah 39 and SMP YWKA II Rawamangun, teachers as well as staff and students. The results of this study show that: 1. Leadership of female leaders is seen from how female principals manage the duties and behavior of women leaders in managing relationships with subordinates. 2. leadership of women leaders can also be seen from a clear vision of what they want to achieve, the ability to develop strategies, the willingness to take risks, the ability to influence others, the ability to inspire and motivate others, the ability to build groups to help them achieve vision, and high emotional intelligence. 3. The most dominant leadership style of the female principal at Pulo Gadung Subdistrict Junior High School is the Masculine-Feminine leadership style and transformational leadership style.
