Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sejauh mana penerapan aktivitas luar kelas (outdoor activity) dapat menumbuhkan nilai olympism respect pada anak. Aktifitas luar kelas yang dibuat dalam program outdoor activity terhadap penumbuhan nilai-nilai olympism respect pada anak dan menguji pengaruh kegiatan aktifitas luar kelas terhadap nilai-nilai olympism respect pada anak. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pre eksperimental one shot case studi. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu siswa siswi SDN Tegal Alur 11 Pagi dan penelitian dilakukan sebanyak delapan kali pertemuan. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan trianggulasih data sumber, teknik dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas luar kelas dan penerapan program aktifitas luar kelas kepada anak sekolah dasar cocok untuk pembentukan dan menumbuhkan nilai olympism respect pada anak. Kegiatan permainan yang dilakukan di alam terbuka yang terdapat rekreasi dapat mendorong peserta didik semakin memahami dan mengenal nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam olympism. Setelah melakukan kegiatan aktifitas luar kelas serta dengan memberikan program sesuai instrumen penelitian maka nilai olympism respect dapat tumbuh pada diri anak. * This study aims to examine the extent to which the application of outdoor activities can foster the value of olympism respect in children. Out-of-class activities made in the outdoor activity program on the growth of olympism respect values in children and testing the influence of out-of-class activities on olympism respect values in children. This approach and type of research is qualitative using the pre-experimental one shot case study method. The subjects of this study were students of SDN Tegal Alur 11 Am and the study was conducted as many as eight meetings. The data collection procedure uses observation, interview and documentation techniques and uses a trianggulation of source data, techniques and time. The results showed that out-of-class activities and the application of out-of-class activities programs to elementary school children are suitable for the formation and cultivation of the value of olympism respect in children. Game activities carried out in the outdoors where there is recreation can encourage students to better understand and get to know the values contained in olympism. After carrying out activities outside the classroom and by providing programs according to research instruments, the value of olympism respect can grow in children.
