Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan konsumen di Sekolah Menembak Perbakin, Jakarta. Perumusan masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat kepuasan konsumen di Sekolah Menembak Perbakin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Sekolah Menembak Perbakin berjumlah 150 orang. Validasi instrumen menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment sedangkan Reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan statistik persentase, dan hasil kesimpulan penelitian tingkat kepuasan konsumen di Sekolah Menembak Perbakin pada aspek Bukti Fisik 15%, aspek Kehandalan 24%, aspek Ketanggapan 19%, aspek Jaminan 17%, dan aspek Empati 24%. This study aims to determine how the level of consumer satisfaction in the Shooting School Perbakin, Jakarta. The formulation of the main problem in this study is how the level of consumer satisfaction in the Perbakin Shooting School is. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method with survey method. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method with survey method. The data collection technique used in this research is using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were consumers of the Perbakin Shooting School totaling 150 people. The instrument validation uses Product Moment Correlation while the reliability uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. Analysis of the data using percentage statistics, and the results of research conclusions on the level of consumer satisfaction at the Perbakin Shooting School on aspects on the physical evidence aspect is 15%, the reliability aspect is 24%, the responsiveness aspect is 19%, the assurance aspect is 17%, and the empathy aspect is 24%.
