Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan utama, Pertama untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang didirikannya Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam di dalam lingkungan Perumahan Kalibaru Permai Kota Depok. Kedua, untuk mendeskripsikan pandangan rumah tahfidz mengenai pentingnya penanaman moral pada remaja post-milenial. Ketiga, untuk mendeskripsikan peran Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam sebagai wadah aspirasi keagamaan masyarakat menengah muslim dalam melakukan internalisasi nilai keagamaan pada remaja post-milenial di Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi literatur. Subjek penelitian yang menjadi informan kunci adalah pengurus Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam yang berjumlah 3 orang, yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Pengurus Remaja dan Bendahara Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam Depok. Kemudian dilengkapi oleh 5 informan triangulasi, yaitu warga perumahan, pengajar, dan santri mukim Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam. Waktu penelitian berlangsung mulai dari bulan Desember 2021-Maret 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdirinya Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan warga Perumahan Kalibaru Permai untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai keagamaan kepada remaja post-milenial yang saat ini lebih condong mengikuti gaya modernitas dibandingkan mempelajari ilmu-ilmu agama. Seluruh proses manajemen pengelolaan Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam dilakukan atas dasar wujud aspirasi keagamaan masyarakat menengah muslim di Perumahan Kalibaru Permai yang bertransformatif melalui pola inovatif religius. Kegiatan religius yang dibentuk oleh Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam membawa hasil terhadap akhlak remaja post-milenial yang saat ini perlahan mulai mengikuti ajaran keagamaan dan beralih mengikuti kegiatan positif dalam mengembangkan soft-skills yang mereka miliki. Hasil dari pembentukan Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam telah membawa perubahan dalam lingkungan masyarakat Perumahan Kalibaru Permai menjadi lebih agamis dan membangunkan kembali hubungan interaksi antarwarga yang sebelumnya telah pudar. ***** This study has three main objectives, first to describe the background of the establishment of the Tahfidz Baitussalam House in the Kalibaru Permai Housing Complex, Depok City. Second, to describe the views of Tahfidz House regarding the importance of moral cultivation in post-milenial youth. Third, to describe the role of the Tahfidz Baitussalam House as a forum for the religious aspirations of the Muslim middle class in internalizing religious values for post-millennial youth in Depok. The method used in this research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The research subjects who became the key informants were the administrators of the Tahfidz Baitussalam House, totaling 3 people, Principal, Youth Management and Treasurer of Tahfidz Baitussalam House Depok. Then it was completed by 5 triangulation informants, that is residents of housing, teachers, and students of the Tahfidz Baitussalam. The research time will start from December 2021-March 2022. The results showed that the establishment of the Tahfidz Baitussalam House was motivated by the desire of the residents of the Kalibaru Permai Housing to teach religious values to post-millennial youth who are currently more inclined to follow the style of modernity than to study religious sciences. The entire management process of the Tahfidz Baitussalam House is carried out on the basis of the form of religious aspirations of the Muslim middle class in the Kalibaru Permai Housing which is transformative through an innovative religious pattern. The religious activities formed by Rumah Tahfidz Baitussalam have brought results to the morals of post-millennial youth who are now slowly starting to follow religious teachings and are turning to positive activities in developing their soft-skills.The result of the establishment of the Tahfidz Baitussalam House has brought changes in the community environment of the Kalibaru Permai Housing to become more religious and re-established the interaction between residents that had previously faded.
