Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh data penilaian penerapan hidden pocket dengan pleats pada 6 desain yang terdiri atas 3 blus dan 3 rok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pra-eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif desain one-shot case study. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner campuran. Instrument penilaian dibuat berdasarkan karakteristik hidden pocket pada pakaian dengan indikator aspek desain, invisibilitas, aksesibilitas dan keamanan, serta akomodasi. Penilaian ini diukur menggunakan rating scale dan analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif. Secara keseluruhan penilaian saku pada produk berdasarkan aspek desain, invisibilias, aksesibilitas dan keamanan, serta akomodasi memiliki kriteria baik. Total skor pada aspek invisibilitas mendapatkan nilai tertinggi karena saku maupun benda yang berada di dalamnya sebagian besar tidak terlihat atau terjiplak pada bagian luar pakaian. Aspek dengan nilai terendah yaitu aspek akomodasi karena beberapa saku memiliki ruang yang terbatas sehingga hanya bisa digunakan untuk menyimpan benda kecil saja, sedangkan beberapa saku lainnya memiliki ruang saku yang dianggap terlalu luas. *** This study aims to obtain data on the assessment of the application of hidden pockets with pleats in 6 designs consisting of 3 blouses and 3 skirts. The research method used is pre-experimental with a quantitative approach, one-shot case study design. The data collection technique used a mixed questionnaire. The assessment instrument is made based on the characteristics of hidden pockets on clothing with indicators of design aspects, invisibility, accessibility and security, and accommodation. This assessment was measured using a rating scale and descriptive quantitative data analysis. Overall, the pocket assessment of the product based on aspects of design, invisibility, accessibility and security, and accommodation has good criteria. The total score on the aspect of invisibility gets the highest score because the pockets and objects inside are mostly invisible or traced to the outer surface of the clothes. The aspect with the lowest score is the accommodation aspect because some pockets have limited space so they can only be used to store small objects, meanwhile some other pocket have too wide pocket space.
