Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan pada mata pelajaran di jurusan akomodasi perhotelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan cara menganalisis artikel ilmiah. Penelitian ini menganalisis 40 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan sejak tahun 2016-2022. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk mata pelajaran di jurusan akomodasi perhotelan adalah media pembelajaran buku ajar untuk mata pelajaran food and beverage, game puzzle untuk mata pelajaran front office, presentasi untuk mata pelajaran housekeeping, serta media pembelajaran animasi untuk mata pelajaran laundry dan sanitasi, higiene, dan keselamatan kerja. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh berbagai peneliti menemukan bahwa media tersebut efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di jurusan akomodasi perhotelan. *** This study aims to analyze learning media that can be used in the Hospitality Accomodation Department major. This study uses a literature study method by analyzing scientific articles. This study analyzed 40 scientific articles published from 2016-2022. The analysis results show that the learning media used for subjects in the hospitality accomodation major are textbook for food and beverage, game puzzles for front office, presentation for housekeeping, and also animations for laundry and sanitation, hygiene, and safety work. The results of research that various researchers have carried out found that the media is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the hospitality accomodation major.
