Abstract

Evaluasi merupakan sebuah proses atau kegiatan dalam mengetahui dan menilai berjalannya sebuah program dengan cara membandingkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan atau tujuan yang diinginkan dengan hasil yang telah dicapai. Dengan melakukan evaluasi, diharapkan suatu program mendapatkan hasil apakah program tersebut layak dilanjutkan, diperbaiki ataupun dihentikan. Program merupakan salah satu hasil kebijakan yang penetapannya melalui proses panjang dan disepakati oleh para pengelola untuk dilaksanakan baik oleh sivitas akademika maupun tenaga administrasi lembaga diklat. Suatu organisasi ataupun kelompok harus memiliki program yang sistematis dan berkesinambungan untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan. Tujuan dari evaluasi program bertujuan untuk menemukan fakta-fakta pelaksanaan kebijakan public dilapangan yang hasilnya bisa postif atau negatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan mengunakan triangulasi data yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi membuat data yang didapat lebih komprehensif. Data yang disajikan berupa deskrptif, dengan ditambah data penunjang menggunakan angket berupa data kuantitatif. Sepak Bola merupakan cabang olahraga yang cukup popular di dunia maupun di Indonesia. Perlu sebuah program pembinaan yang sistematis dan berkesinambungan untuk dapat menghasilkan prestasi sepak bola di Indonesia, pangkalnya adalah berasal dari Sekolah Sepak Bola yang berkualitas untuk dapat mencetak pemain-pemain muda berkualitas untuk sepak bola Indonesa. SSB Gagak Muda adalah sekolah sepak bola yang terbentuk pada tanggal 12 November 2018. Karena terhitung baru, banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh SSB Gagak Muda mulai dari sistem pembiayaan, siswa yang tidak menentu dan lain-lainnya. Program pembinaan di sekolah sepak bola Gagak Muda melalui proses evaluasi mendapatkan rekomendasi untuk dilanjutkan dengan beberapa perbaikan dibeberapa aspek, seperti sistem pembiayaan, sistem perekrutan pelatih yang belum jelas dan lain-lain. ******** Evaluation is a process or activity in knowing and assessing the progress of a program by comparing several predetermined criteria or desired goals with the results that have been achieved. By evaluating, it is hoped that a program will get results whether the program is worth continuing, improving or discontinuing. The program is one of the results of the policy which is determined through a long process and is agreed upon by the managers to be implemented by both the academic community and the administrative staff of the education and training institution. An organization or group must have a systematic and continuous program to achieve a goal. The purpose of program evaluation aims to find facts on the implementation of public policies in the field, the results of which can be positive or negative. This type of research is a qualitative research using data triangulation, namely interviews, documentation and observations to make the data obtained more comprehensive. The data presented in the form of descriptive, with added supporting data using a questionnaire in the form of quantitative data. Football is a sport that is quite popular in the world and in Indonesia. We need a systematic and continuous coaching program to be able to produce football achievements in Indonesia, the origin is coming from a quality Football School to be able to print quality young players for Indonesian football. SSB Gagak Muda is a football school that was formed on November 12, 2018. Because it is new, there are many obstacles faced by SSB Gagak Muda starting from the financing system, uncertain students and others. The coaching program at the Gagak Muda soccer school through an evaluation process received recommendations to be continued with several improvements in several aspects, such as the financing system, the unclear coach recruitment system and others.
