Abstract

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENT SKILL BAGI SISWA KELAS ATAS SEKOLAH DASAR BERBASIS PERMAINAN Veni Elisyah Pendidikan Jasmani, Universitas Negeri Jakarta Venielisyah_por16s3@mahasiswa.unj.ac.id ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kefektifan model pembelajaran gerak dasar berbasis permainan pada sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang mengadopsi dari teori Borg and Gall 10 tahapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Test of Gross Motor Development (TGMD-3) sedangkan teknik analis data menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment Design. Subyek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 158 yang terdiri dari 5 sekolah dasar, subyek eksperimen dan kontrol diambil dari sebagian sampel yang berjumlah 68 siswa. Hasil uji-t menyatakan bahwa model yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar jalan, lari, lempar, menangkap dan lompat dengan perbedaan rerata t0 adalah 15,462 > t-tabel 1,668, derajat bebas 66 α = 0,05. sedangkan untuk menguji kefektifan penerapan model pembelajaran menggunakan dengan rumus N-Gain, dengan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol 11,65% kategori tidak efektif, sedangankan kelompok eksperimen 51,32 % termasuk dalam kategori Cukup Efektif. Selain itu, penelitian ini menghasilkan produk 30 item model pembelajaran fundamental movement skill berbasis permainan bagi siswa kelas atas sekolah dasar dari 30 item model pembelajaran yang sudah di validasi oleh ahli pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, ahli belajar gerak dan ahli permainan. Kesimpulan model pembelajaran fundamental movement skill berbasis permainan bagi siswa kelas atas sekolah dasar terdapat pengaruh signifiakan dan efektif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar dan menghasilkan 30 produk item model pembelajaran pembelajaran fundamental movement skill berbasis permainan bagi siswa kelas atas sekolah dasar. The method used is research and development which adopts the theory of Borg and Gall 10 stages. This study uses instrument the Test of Gross Motor Development (TGMD-3) while the data analysis technique uses the Quasi Experiment Design method. The subjects in this study were 158 consisting of 5 elementary schools, experimental and control subjects were taken from a sample of 68 students. The results of the t-test state that the developed model can improve the basic movement skills of walking, running, throwing, catching and jumping with an average difference of t0 being 15,462 > t-table 1,668, degrees of freedom 66 = 0.05. while to test the effectiveness of the application of the learning model using the N-Gain formula, with an average value of 11.65% of the control group in the ineffective category, while the experimental group 51.32% included in the category of Effective. In addition, this study produced a product of 30 game-based movement skill fundamental learning model items for elementary school seniors from 30 learning model items that had been validated by physical education learning experts, movement learning experts and game experts. The conclusion is learning model of fundamental movement skill game-based for elementary school has a significant and effective effect on improving basic movement skills and produces 30 product items of learning model fundamental movement skill game-based for elementary school.
