Abstract
ABSTRAK Task performance fisioterapis yang baik diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sehingga fisioterapis dapat berkontribusi secara optimal dalam peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat. Persaingan jasa fisioterapi yang semakin meningkat dan meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap fisioterapi mengharapkan perubahan task performance fisioterapis yang lebih baik agar dapat unggul dan berdaya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memaknai manajemen sumber daya manusia khususnya fisioterapis melalui analisis pengaruh kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan, keterikatan kerja, dan profesionalisme terhadap task performance. Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan path analysis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2022 di Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 217 responden fisioterapis yang bekerja di pelayanan kesehatan. Analisis data menggunakan SPPS versi 26 dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS versi 20, analisis deskriptif, dan analisis ANOVA. Secara keseluruhan, ada lima hipotesis yang akan diuji dengan menggunakan 60 kuesioner valid yang dapat digunakan. Hasilnya, empat hipotesis diterima: empowering leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap professionalism, empowering leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement, work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap professionalism, dan professionalism berpengaruh signifikan terhadap task performance. Kata Kunci: empowering leadership, work engagement, professionalism, task performance, fisioterapis ******** ABSTRACT A good physiotherapist's task performance is needed to improve the quality of service so that physiotherapists can contribute optimally to improving public health. The increasing competition for physiotherapy services and the increasing public need for physiotherapy expect changes in the task performance of better physiotherapists to be competitive. This study aims to analyze and interpret human resource management, especially for physiotherapists through analyze the influence of empowering leadership, work engagement, and professionalism on task performance. The method in this study using quantitative methods with path analysis. The data collection method used a survey method which was conducted in March-June 2022 in Jakarta. The sample of this research is 217 respondents of physiotherapists who work in health services. Data analysis used SPPS version 26 and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS version 20, descriptive analysis, and ANOVA analysis. Overall, there are five hypotheses to be tested using 60 valid questionnaires that can be used. As a result, four hypotheses were accepted empowering leadership had a significant impact on professionalism, empowering leadership had a significant impact on work engagement, work engagement had a significant impact on professionalism, and professionalism had a significant impact on task performance.
