Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan kepribadian seorang tokoh dalam serial drama Netflix dengan menggunakan teori psikoanalis. Metode deskriptif analitis digunakan untuk menganalisis kepribadian seseorang melalui struktur yang ada di pikiran seseorang. Gambaran dari kepribadian seseorang yang di buktikan dari pemikiran, perasaan dan prilaku, yang terdiri dari Ego, Superego dan Id. Dalam membuat analisis ini dengan lengkap, peneliti menambahkan dialog-dialog dan juga gerakan tubuh dari tokoh Daphne Bridgerton yang ada didalam serial drama Netflix terbaru, Bridgerton. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepribadian seseorang terbentuk melalui struktur pemikiran yang dihasilkan dari tingkat kesadaran yang terdapat di dalam diri kita. Ego, Superego dan Id yang terdapat di dalam diri kita berpengauh besar dalam kehidupan Daphne. Bagaimana Ego, Superego dan Id saling berinterkasi dan saling berhubungan dan membuat Daphne memutuskan hal-hal yang tidak pernah terduga sebelumnya. *** This study aims to explain and describe the personality of a character in the Netflix drama series using psychoanalytic theory. Analytical descriptive method is used to analyze a person's personality through the structure in one's mind. A description of a person's personality as evidenced by thoughts, feelings and behavior, which consists of the ego, superego and id. In making this analysis complete, the writer added the dialogues and body movements of Daphne Bridgerton’s character in the latest Netflix drama series, Bridgerton. The results of this study indicate that a person's personality is formed through the structure of thought resulting from the level of consciousness contained within us. The ego, superego and id contained within us have a big influence on Daphne's life. How Ego, Superego and Id interact and relate to each other and make Daphne decide things she never expected before.
