Abstract

Sosiologi olahraga adalah ilmu yang mempelajari kehidupan sosial termasuk seluruh bentuk interaksi dan hubungan sosial serta isu dan organisasi sosial dalam olahraga, dalam hal ini berkaitan dengan suporter sepakbola. Kesetiaan suporter sepakbola yang memunculkan fanatisme yang berlebihan membuat sebuah konflik di dalamnya. Konflik tidak bisa dibiarkan begitu saja, karena bisa menjadi besar jika tidak segera. Untuk itu dibutuhkan pola manajemen konflik yang tepat dari pengurus organisasi termasuk organisasi The Jakmania pada periode 2017-2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bentuk konflik pada suporter The Jakmania. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga ingin melihat pola manajemen konflik pengurus organisasi The Jakmania. Dan yang terakhir melihat apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menjalankan pola manajemen konflik pengurus organisasi The Jakmania. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam pada subjek penelitian dengan jumlah tujuh orang yang terdiri dari empat pengurus organisasi The Jakmania dan tiga anggota The Jakmania yang terlibat konflik. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekretariat Pengurus Pusat The Jakmania, Sekretariat Koordinator Wilayah Kalimalang, Rumah Ketua Umum The Jakmania, Rumah Koordinator Wilayah Utan Kayu, Basecamp Garis Keras dan Lapangan Sepakbola di daerah Cimanggis pada bulan April 2018 hingga Arpil 2019 Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ada beberapa bentuk konflik di dalam The Jakmania. Konflik internal dan konflik eksternal adalah bentuk-bentuk dari konflik yang ada. Selain itu, bagaimana pola manajemen konflik yang dilakukan pengurus organisasi The Jakmania. Di dalam menjalankan pola manajemen konflik tersebut ada beberapa faktor pendukung seperti kepemimpinan dari ketua umum dan koordinasi yang tepat. Namun, ada beberapa faktor penghambat seperti masih adanya dendam di masalalu dan adanya provokator. Sports sociology is the study of social life including all forms of interaction and social relations as well as social issues and organizations in sports, in this case relating to football fans. The loyalty of football fans that gave rise to excessive fanaticism a conflict in it. Conflict cannot be left alone, because it can become large if not addressed immediately. For this reason, an appropriate conflict management pattern is needed from the management of the organization including the Jakmania organization in the 2017-2019 period. This study aims to see the form of conflict with The Jakmania supporters. In Addition, this study also wants to see the pattern of conflict management of the management of The Jakmania organization. And the last one looks at what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out the conflict management pattern of the management of The Jakmania organization. The research is conducted by doing qualitative approaches. The techniques used for collecting data were observation, documentation and personal interviews with seven research subjects consisting of four organizers of The Jakmania organization and three members of The Jakmania were involved in the conflict. The location of this research was carried out at the central office of The Jakmania secretariat, the coordinator of the Kalaimalang region secretariat, the home of general chairman of The Jakmania, the home of the coordinator of the area of Utan Kayu, Garis Keras basecamp, and the football field in the cimanggis area. From April 2018 until April 2019. The result of this study state that there are several forms of conflict in The Jakmania. Internal conflict and external conflicts are forms of exiting conflict. Other than that, how is the pattern of conflict management carried out by the management of The Jakmania organization. In carrying out the conflict management pattern there are several supporting factor such as leadership of the chairman and the right coordination. However, there are several inhibiting factors such as the persistence of revenge in the past and the presence of provocateurs.
