Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran work family conflict pada ibu bekerja di masa new normal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 237 ibu bekerja. Instrumen alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Work Family Conflict Scales (WFCS) untuk mengukur variabel work family conflict. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sebanyak 198 responden (83,50%) mengalami konflik time-base work interfere family rendah, sebanyak 203 responden (85,70%) mengalami konflik time-base family interfere work yang rendah, dan sebanyak 207 responden (87,30 %) mengalami strain based family interfere work yand rendah. Sebanyak 108 responden (45,60%) mengalami konflik behavior base work interfere family yang tinggi, sebanyak 101 responden (42,60%) mengalami konflik behavior based family interfere work yang tinggi. Sebanyak 100 responden (42,20%) mengalami konflik strain based work interfere family yang tinggi. ***** This study aims to determine the description of work family conflict in working mothers in the new normal era. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach using purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 237 working mothers. The measuring instrument used in this study is Work Family Conflict Scales (WFCS) to measure work family conflict variables. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with application IBM SPSS 26.0. The results of this study indicate that a total of 198 respondents (83.50%) experienced low time-base work interfere family conflicts, 203 respondents (85.70%) experienced low time-base family interfere work conflicts, 207 respondents (87,30%) experienced low strain-base family interfere work. A total of 108 respondents (45.60%) experienced a high behavior based work interfere family, 101 respondents (42.60%) experienced a high behavior base family interfere work. 100 respondents (42.20%) experienced high strain-based work interfere family.
